📝Involve the team into design
It is better when more people are involved in § Software Architecture and § Software Design. Not necessarily making overarching high-level decisions but at least understanding architecture, main concerns, and how design should be done. This way, the team can make correct decisions on the smaller scale and better implement architecture as envisioned.
