📝Asking for objections does not produce buy-in
If you accept the decision based on the absence of objections, this likely won’t produce buy-in. Which is often a requirement if you needs cooperation from others to implement the decision.
That is fine if the decision is protected by the process/rules (Holacracy: Governance meetings), you have the authority to requests others to implement the decision, or you don’t need help from others.
