proposed/accepted/rejected/deprecated/superseded

deciders

everyone involved in the decision

date

date decision is started/reached

context/problem statement

what is the issue we’re trying to solve, what is our organizational situation

constraints

additional factors that influence the decision

positions/alternatives

options you have considered

argument

why you selected an alternative

decision

the change we’re proposing and/or doing

consequences/implications

what becomes easier or more difficult after this change
