Android phones do not allow to uninstall/disable many system applications. It is still possible to do via ADB: How To Disable Any System App Bloatware On Android Without Root

• use App Inspector to list applications and their ids

  • OR

    adb shell pm list packages
    

• disable application

  adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 <package.id>
  

• list disabled apps:

  adb shell pm list packages -d
  

• enable app

  adb shell pm enable <package.id>
